1. Advance Payment

The advance payment of ₹11 is non-refundable once the order is placed and work has begun.

2. Full Payment Refunds

Refunds for the remaining payment are available under the following conditions:

• If we are unable to deliver the final product within the promised timeframe
• If the delivered product significantly differs from the approved preview
• Technical issues on our end that prevent delivery

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Delays caused by customer non-response
